<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the use of the card in an insecure connection state and use a memory card without anxiety by a user by confirming that the memory card is electrically connected when the card is inserted into a memory card connector. CONSTITUTION:When a memory card 1 is not loaded in a device 4, current does not flow through a power source line 5 for memory card, and the detection voltage between a reed terminal 13 on the output side of an operational amplifier 10 and a reed terminal 14 taken out from the minus side of a resistance 7 is zero. When the memory card 1 is inserted into the memory card connector 6 of the device 4 and the power source line 3 to the internal memory 2 of the memory card 1 is connected to the power source line 5 for memory card of the internal side of the device 4, current consumption I of the internal memory 2 of the memory card 1 flows through the power source line 5 for memory card 5. By detecting the voltage the both ends of the resistance 7 at this time as the voltage of the terminal 13 and the terminal 14, the connection of the card 1 to the device 4 is detected.</p> |
