<p>The invention relates to a sealing strip made of an extruded elastomer (6) containing a metal reinforcement (7) for a window frame for a motor vehicle door, of the type comprising a U-sectioned first part (8) which fits over a flange of this frame and a U-sectioned second part (10) facing in the opposite direction to the first part and adjoining the arm of the U thereof intended to be turned towards the outside of the motor vehicle, in order to receive the window of this door, and seal it in.
