<p>PURPOSE:To reduce treating cost by bonding a resin seal film to the upper end face of a vessel made of a translucent resin so that the vessel is sealed hermetically thereby producing a disposable vessel in which sealing work can be automated. CONSTITUTION:A sample, i.e., a chemical substance in which a specified atom is substituted by R1, a scintillator containing a fluorescent substance sensitive to beta rays emitted from the sample and emits light, and an organic solvent dissolving and diffusing the sample are encapsulated in a vessel 1. The vessel body 2 is made of a resin and polyethylene or polypropylene, which transmits fluorescent light and resists against organic solvent, is preferably employed. The vessel body 2 has fringed upper edge part 3 which is formed slightly thicker than the vessel body 2. The upper edge part 3 is sealed hermetically by a seal film 4 at the top face thereof. The seal film 4 is bonded, at the bottom face side thereof, to the top face side of the upper edge part 3 through thermal fusion.</p> |
