PURPOSE:To provide a presentation system which can surely detect the commodities of the specifications desired by the customers, can select the commodities as desired by the customers, and also can instantaneously produce a presentation board and an estimate. CONSTITUTION:A presentation system includes a work station 1, an input device 2, a storage 3, a display 9, and a printer 10. The storage 3 stores a commodity kind selection board 5 consisting of a spreadsheet table, a commodity list 6, a presentation board 7, and an estimate board 8. Then the station 1 retrieves a selected commodity out of the list 6 and displays the image of the selected commodity on a designated field of the board 7. At the same time, the station 1 displays the image and the unit price of the selected commodity on a designated field of the board 8 and also calculates the total purchase amount of the commodities to display the amount on a designated field. |
