PURPOSE:To provide a structure of connection in which a connector having a small width can be used even when the number of conductors is increased, and the occurrence of dead space on a circuit board can be prevented and at the same time a connector can be connected with a circuit board having a smaller width. CONSTITUTION:This structure of connection includes a circuit board 10, a flexible printed wiring board (FPC) 1 in which a plurality of conductors 3 are formed in parallel with one another and the one side of each conductor 3 is exposed to constitute a terminal part 3a and a connector 6 having contacts to abut against the terminal part 3a of each conductor in which the flexible printed wiring board (FPC) 1 is electrically connected with a circuit board 10 through the connector 6. In the terminal part 1a of the flexible printed wiring board (FPC), a notch 5 is formed between two conductors adjacent to each other at least in the central part, and contacts are arranged in opposite to each other, and the terminal part la of the flexible printed wiring board (FPC) is bent with the notch 5 used as the curve for bending in such a manner that the whole of the exposed surface of the terminal part 3a is located in the outside, and each terminal part 3a is abutted against the contacts in the state of bending. |
