<p>PURPOSE:To constitute an entire device in a small size without affecting to a video signal. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a fixed lower drum 11, an upper drum 12 supported rotatably for the lower drum and a head attached in the vicinity of the periphery of the upper drum. Further, the device is provided with a power rotary transmission 16 constituted of a fixed part 16b having a wiring attached to the lower drum integrally and a rotating part 16a having the wiring attached to the upper drum integrally. In this rotary drum device, the power rotary transmission 16 is incorporated in the rotary drum device and separated from a signal transmitting rotary transmission by arranging the fixed part 16b constituting the power rotary transmission 16 in the lower drum 11 and the rotating part 16a in the upper drum 12.</p> |
