A waterproof, thermal, and kidney and lower abdominal supporting garment in a size adjustable, wrap-around posterior fitting form. This garment provides protection from outside forces such as cold, moisture and provides some protection from vibration in the kidney and lower abdominal area. This garment is adapted to fit under the buttocks and be worn alone over normal clothing or be worn under winter clothing, or similar garments worn to protect from the elements.
