PURPOSE:To enable the high-pressure treatment of various materials to be treated such as various foods and others under a high pressure for sterilization, preservation for a long period, processing, etc., using a simple apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A hollow elastic pressurizing pouch 4 is arranged between a lid body 2 closing a high-pressure container body 1 and a pressurizing liquid (W) sealed in the high-pressure container body 1. A pressurizing medium is then fed to inflate the hollow elastic pressurizing pouch 4. A gap between both the high-pressure container body 1 and the lid body 2 is closed and a material (F) which is to be treated and dipped in the pressurizing liquid (W) is simultaneously pressurized. A deformation preventing board 5 for forming and regulating the contact surface of the hollow elastic pressurizing pouch 4 with the pressurizing liquid (W) into a flat shape is additionally attached to the pressurizing surface of the hollow elastic pressurizing pouch 4. |
