PURPOSE:To obtain a frozen sweet of citrus fruits good for health with a low content of saccharides by coating a peel piece of the heat-treated citrus fruits containing a small amount of the saccharides with chocolate and then cooling the coated piece. CONSTITUTION:A peel piece of citrus fruits is boiled, leached with water for a long period, boiled with a relatively small amount of mixed water of saccharides with water, dried, then coated with chocolate and cooled to afford the objective frozen sweet 1 of the citrus fruits without requiring the mixing of the saccharides in a large amount therein for enhancing the keeping quality. |
