<p>PURPOSE:To provide a system causing no inconvenience suddenly suspending a line in a line facility control system applicable to an automated line in a factory. CONSTITUTION:A line facility control system comprises a transfer path 4, processing means 5 for applying predetermined processes to a word 1, a transfer means 6, supply and exhaust means 12, a hysteresis data memory means 7, a data writing/reading means 8 for renewing and reading a hysteresis data, a comparing means 9 for comparing the hysteresis data with a threshold value data, a determining means 10 for determining the presence or the absence of timing for replacing the transfer means 6 by comparison result, and a display means 11 for displaying determination result.</p> |
