<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely remove exclusively ink and Japanese ink from a paper-making raw material according to the water-level of the raw material. CONSTITUTION:An ink-scraping plate 4 has a pivot part 4b at an end and is freely tiltable around the pivot part 4b. A float arm B1 is attached to the free end of the ink-scraping plate 4. The float arm B1 has a supporting arm part 6 and a fixed arm part 7 which are freely tiltable and fixable at an arbitrary angle. A float 5 is attached to an end of the float arm B1 and an ink- scraping and discharging member B2 is placed above the ink-scraping plate 4.</p> |
