PURPOSE:To enable prompt completion of shifting operation by having an actuator for shifting of a main transmission stood by at a neutral position immediately after the shifting operation of a auxiliary transmission is carried out. CONSTITUTION:When a speed change sensor is turned ON, a main transmission 9 is tentatively maintained at a neutral position by a control part. A shifter for switching the main transmission 9 is forcefully returned to the neutral position before a speed change lever 12 is moved forward and backward to switch an auxiliary transmission 10. The shifter of the main transmission 9 is then moved in the direction of acceleration or deceleration from the neutral position according to the shifted direction of the speed change lever 12. Shifting operation can thus be completed promptly. |
