PURPOSE:To provide a device for removing the blur of a vehicle window during travel in order to heighten the safety of a driver. CONSTITUTION:A brush shaft 11 is provided with a brush 1 and a feather member 9, and also a gear 5 at the center. The whole thing is enclosed in viper rubber, and the wiper rubber is provided with washing liquid pipe holes 6 and drain pipe holes 8. A washing liquid pipe 3, a drain pipe 4 and the gear 5 are provided thereon and united with a blade 12. The blade 12 is provided with a blade joint coil spring 13, and an arm is provided with the washing liquid pipe 3 from a body, the drain pipe 4, and a power shaft from a motor. This device is then connected to wiper power.
