摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To maintain sufficient volume efficiency, or enhance the power efficiency and also suppress rise of the discharge temp. while sufficient volume efficiency is maintained, and allow a path to be in communication by a small width with at least one of the low pressure side and low pressure side of a residual gas bypass groove and the low pressure side of a leak gas bypass groove. CONSTITUTION:A residual gas bypass groove 28 is formed in a rotary valve 22 having a suction passage 25, being composed of a high pressure side groove 28a leading to the bore 1A at the end of discharging via a path 2A, a low pressure side groove 28b leading to the bore 1D on the low pressure side via a path 2D, and a communication groove 28c which puts the high pressure side groove 28a and low pressure side groove 28b in communication. The paths 2A-2F are made as a long hole having a section longer in the axial direction, so that the grooves 28a, 28b are in communication by a small communicating width (angle). The paths 2A-2F have a constant section area, and a refrigerant gas in a sanction chamber 17 is sucked into the bores 1A-1F in favorable performance.</p>
