<p>PURPOSE:To remove air mixed in fixed amounts of liquids so as to inject the precise amounts of liquids and to automate injection so as to eliminate variation in the amount of injection by using a filter to degas stored liquids pumped by means of a determination pump, and injecting the liquids a container. CONSTITUTION:A device main body is constructed chiefly of a dispensation unit 40 and a degassing unit 60, etc. In that case, the dispensation unit 40 is constructed chiefly of a determination pump 45 which supplies appropriate amounts of chemicals to a nozzle. The degassing unit 60 is disposed between the manifold 48 and the plastic chemical tank 34 of the dispensation unit 40. The degassing unit 60 is constructed chiefly of a filter 63 enclosing a porous hollow yarn film 65 therein; i.e., the chemicals pumped from the plastic chemical tank 43 by a determination pump 45 are degassed by means of the filter 63 and then injected into a container from the nozzle. Therefore, air mixed in fixed amounts of chemicals can be removed so that the precise amounts of chemicals can be injected.</p> |
