发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING RESIN CONCRETE KNEADING
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a method for controlling the kneading of resin concrete with high reliability which is capable of automatically stabilizing the mixture ratio of aggregate and resin at comparatively lower cost, and mixing the resin and the aggregate continuously at high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Powder and particles which become an aggregate are supplied to a mixer 19 from an aggregate feed part 12 using a drive motor 17, and at the same time, the frequency per unit time of the forward/backward movement of a piston part in a cylinder-type resin pump 18 is detected using a detection means 50, when the aggregate and the resin are mixed by supplying a curing agent and the resin to the mixer 19 from a resin injection part 23 by forward/backward movement of the piston part in the resin pump 18. Further, the number of rotation of the drive motor 17 on the aggregate feed part 12 is controlled based on the detection value from a detection means 50 so that the mixture ratio of the resin and the aggregate is almost constant.
