PURPOSE:To make porous printing elements useful for a stamp and others simply via reduced processes without using a mold by forming a photosensitive layer containing a photosensitive compound and a foaming material on a support and laminating a protective layer on it. CONSTITUTION:In an existing stamp capable of stamping over a long time without using a vermilion ink pad or a stamp pad, its porous printing elements are impregnated with ink. A sheet 1 for forming printing elements is used to make the porous printing elements. The sheet 1 is made by forming a photosensitive layer 5 containing a photosensitive compound 3 and a foaming material 4 on a support 2 and a protective layer 6 laminated on the layer 5. In this method, the porous printing elements can be manufactured without using a mold via reduced processes as compared with a conventional method to meet the demand for manufacturing many kinds of products in small quantities. |
