PURPOSE:To easily clean an image recording card by installing the upper and lower wiping-off cloths in pair which are driven out from feeding rolls and taken up on the taking-up rolls and successively carrying out the rough wiping and finishing wiping in a wiping part where the wiping-off cloths are in slide- contact with the upper and undersurfaces of the card. CONSTITUTION:A number of image recording cards 2 after use are accommodated into a feeding magazine 1, and the card 2 in the magazine 1 is sent into the first wiping-off part 9 one by one through a feeding belt 3, and sent forwardly, allowing the upper and undersurfaces to contact the upper and lower wiping- off cloth 5 and 5'. In this case, a cleaning liquid is supplied to the upper side wiping-off cloth 5 from a cleaning liquid feeding device 17, and rough wiping is carried out. The card 2 is sent into the second wiping-off part 10 by the conveyor belts 14 and 14', and finishing wiping-off is carried out. Then, taking-up rolls 6 and 6' are revolved, and at the same time, solenoids 21 and 21' are energized to float up rubber bodies 20 and 20' from the wiping-off cloth 5 and 5', which are taken up by about 5mm, and then driven out from the feeding rolls 4 and 4'. |
