PURPOSE:To provide a load carrying vehicle which is so simply constituted that the position of its cargo guiding guide can be changed. CONSTITUTION:In the load carrying vehicle provided with a cargo guiding guide 30 guiding a cargo to be put in/out of a cargo resting section W, the vehicle is provided with a supporting means U supporting the cargo guiding guide 30 in such a way that its position can freely be changed along the cargo width direction intersected with the direction that the cargo goes in/out, a linear motor 1 by the operation of which the cargo guiding guide 30 is moved in the cargo width direction, a position detecting means 36 detecting the position of the cargo guiding guide 30 in the cargo width direction, and with a locking means F checking the movement of the cargo guiding guide 30. A control means controlling the operations of the linear motor 1 and the locking means F actuates the linear motor 1 so that the cargo guiding guide 30 is moved to a target position with the locking condition of the locking means F released, as the target position of the cargo guiding guide 30 is indicated, based on information from the position detecting means 36, and the locking means F is then returned to a state of locking thereafter. |
