PURPOSE: To make an adjusting device simple and inexpensive by allowing a shaft to cooperate with an unclasped ring when the shaft drives a rotation of a cam in a constrictive direction of a spring. CONSTITUTION: A block pusher member 5 is rotated in a direction F2 until a backing part is folded in line A2 from a normal position of a line A1 , to unclasp and a shank 9 compress a returned spring 10. A cam 7 is moved rearward toward a shaft 14 by pressing a recess part 8 of the cam 7 with the block pusher member 5. Then, the shaft 14 is held in situ by a thick part 18b of a ring 22. A block 3 is deviated rearward by means of a leaf spring 4 and thus, an engaged gear part 112a of a mobile flange 12 is made free. Therefore, a back part can be moved easily forward at an angle of 30 degrees, which is a position A2 corresponding to the length of the thick part 18b. Then, the pressure of the spring 10 is reduced to assist returning movement to a position A1 of the back part. |
