PURPOSE:To reduce the energy loss of a feed pump and obtain a power assist even if a by-pass valve is locked in the opened state of a lead-in passage. CONSTITUTION:A power steering is provided with a by-pass valve 63 for communicating/cutting off a lead-in passage 52 according to the pressure of a feed passage 50, and a by-pass control valve 73 for regulating the opening of the lead-in passage 52 so that differential pressure in front of and behind a fixed throttle 70 becomes constant. |
