<p>PURPOSE:To provide a pipe fitting for the branch part of a mounting pipe, which can propel the mounting pipe smoothly and set comparatively easily in a connection hole in the main pipe, which is free from risl of impairing the water stop performance even though ground change, etc., is generated after fitting, and with which the mounting pipe will never slip off. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing ring 3 is paprovide at the periphery of a socket 2b for the main pipe 2b, and a water expansive water-stop member 4 is installed at the periphery of the ring 3. When a pipe fitting 1 is set in a connection hole 5a, the water stop member 4 is pinched by the socket 2b and the outer surface of the edge part of the connection hole 5a and put in tight attachment to the surfaces in compressed state so that the gap between the fitting 1 and main pipe 5 is sealed.</p> |
