PURPOSE:To provide a low-temperature sintering ceramic composition for multilayer substrate, sinterable at a relatively low temperature and having small thermal expansion coefficient and dielectric constant, easily controllable temperature-dependency of the dielectric capacitance and increased mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:The low-temperature sintering ceramic composition for multilayer substrate is produced by adding 5-20wt.% of acicular TiO2 to a composition composed of 40-85wt.% of cordierite, 10-40wt.% of B2O3 and 5-50wt.% of SiO2. |
