PRODUCTION OF AROMATIC AMINO ACID USING CORYNEFORM BACTERIUM HAVING RECOMBINANT DNA

摘要

PURPOSE:To more efficiently produce an aromatic amino acid using a microorganism which is higher in productivity of the aromatic amino acid. CONSTITUTION:This aromatic amino acid is produced by obtaining a gene coding a shikimic acid kinase derived from a coryneform bacteria, connecting the gene to a plasmid vector capable of proliferating the gene in coryneform bacterium cells and culturing the coryneform bacterium keeping this recombinant DNA.
