BIODEGRADABLE POLYURETHANE COMPOSITE AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a polyurethane composite excellent in biodegradability and mechanical properties at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A biodegradable polyurethane composite is obtd. by reacting 10-80wt.% polyisocyanate with a dispersion obtd. by dispersing 1-30wt.% vegetable-based fine powder having hydroxyl groups and a mean particle size of 200mum or lower and/or vegetable-based short fiber having hydroxyl groups, a mean thickness of 200mum or lower, and a mean length of 5mum or lower in a mixture comprising 0.5-30wt.% molasses and a polyhydric alcohol.
