<p>PURPOSE:To form accurately and high speedily a fine projection for reducing an impact error on the peripheral side surface of a work piece, by providing a fine movement means for moving a working means at a fine distance compared with the movement means and in the same direction high speedily. CONSTITUTION:In forming a fine projection 33 on the rush and separation ends of a fixed drum 24, a slider 14 is controlled by synchronizing with the rotated angle of the fixed drum, and is reciprocatedly moved in a Z direction like when a tape travel surface 28 and a reed 30, in a condition where the fine projection 33 is none, are formed. The tape travel surface 28, having a shape according to the rotated angle of a main spindle 9, and the reed 30 are formed on the peripheral side surfaces of the fixed drum 24 by a bite 15 by combining the movement of the slider 14 and a slider 12. Moreover, a fine slider 21 is controlled concurrently with the slider 14 and independently by synchronizing with the rotated angle of the fixed drum 24, and is reciprocatedly moved in a X-direction according to a moving distance set according to the rotated angle and the position in the Z-direction of the fixed drum 24 to form the fine projection 33.</p> |
