<p>PURPOSE:To reduce cost by making a pair of separating rollers for a manually inserted paper sheet in common with a pair of separating rollers for an automatically supplied paper sheet by installing a pair of separaring rollers at a position where a paper transfer part of the automatic paper feeding part which can be pulled out to this side of the body joins the paper transfer passage of the manually paper feeding part. CONSTITUTION:The paper feeding device of an image forming device is equipped with an automatic paper feeding part 1 having a front cassette 2 which can be pulled out to this side of the body, and the paper sheet in the cassette 2 is driven out through a half moon shaped calling-out roller 4, relaying rollers 5 and 6, etc., which are installed in a paper transport passage 4 on the downstream side of the calling-out roller 13. Further, the paper feeding device is equipped with a manual paper insertion part 20 having a manual insertion port on the side of the body, and the paper sheet inserted into a manual insertion board 22 having a side fence 23 is supplied through the paper transport passage 4. In this case, in a common transport passage formed by the upper and lower guide plates 27 and 28 on the downstream side from the convergence part of the paper transport passages 4 and 24, a pair of separating rollers 30, resistance sensor 33, and resisting rollers 34 and 35 are arranged in succession, and the simple constitution is obtained.</p> |
