PURPOSE:To provide an extruding method of a trim set with a core metal which can manufacture the trim set with the core metal presenting favorable external appearance without being influenced by a slit of an insert or a mechanical oscillation by making use of a simple method. CONSTITUTION:In an extrusion molding machine, a trim main body 2 is formed by coating an insert 7 with EDM solid rubber, then the trim main body part 2 is coated with EPDM sponge rubber and a sealing part 3, sealing lip 4 and cover part 7 are formed. When a precursor 1a is extruded from an extruding machine, in a cover part 5, only a sticking part 5a is stuck to a main body 2 and the other part is in a separated condition from the trim main body 2. The precursor 1a is introduced between a pair of rollers after that and the cover part 5 is pressure-contacted to the trim main body 2. |
