PURPOSE:To provide a frozen food packed in a container and eatable in a freshly cooked state simply by thawing in a microwave oven to obtain a food poured with a seasoning soup optionally containing ingredients on cooked rice, etc., and eaten in hot state. CONSTITUTION:A frozen main solid food 2 is placed on the bottom of a container 1 and, as necessary, a frozen subsidiary solid food 7 is placed on the main food. An intermediate cover 3 made of a soft packaging material and having a round W-shape in vertical section and a center part protruding slightly beyond the upper edge of the container 1 is placed above the solid foods to close the middle part of the container 1. A frozen seasoning soup 4 optionally containing ingredients is placed in the bottom hollow part of the intermediate cover 3. A top lid 5 having a steam-releasing hole 6 at the center of the upper face is fitted to the opening part of the container 1 in a state slightly protruding the center part of the intermediate cover 3 through the steam-releasing hole 6. |
