PURPOSE:To eliminate ground blush and improve preservation stability by setting pH of a dye to be within a specific range when a base body is to be coated with a water dispersing liquid dye containing a fatty acid ferric salt and a chelate reagent as main components and be dried so as to manufacture a thermal, recording body. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a thermal recording body, a base body is coated with a water dispersing liquid dye containing a fatty acid ferric salt and a chelate reagent as main components and dried. In this case, pH of the dye is set to be within a range of 6.0-9.0. Thus, a thermal recording body which has absorbing area in a near infrared area, records a clear coloring image, and can read by semiconductor laser can be manufactured stably. In addition, ground blush of the manufactured thermal recording body is prevented and preservation stability of coloring part will be improved. |
