PURPOSE:To introduce a parts intermediate assembling method performed in a relatively free and easy attitude or easily automated so as to reduce the manhours of parts control and enable the introduction of assembling-wiring work performed by anyone. CONSTITUTION:A collector connecting copper bar 37, an emitter connecting copper bar 38 and branch copper bars are fastened to an insulated member 36 for a three-dimensionally formed inverter device by nylon rivets 40 to fit a base emitter signal line terminal and a printed board 32 with a condenser mounted thereto. A positive electrode connecting copper bar, a negative electrode connecting copper bar and branch copper bars are fastened to an insulated member for a converter device. The manhours of parts control and assembling- wiring work in a product assembling process is reduced by performing parts intermediate assembling work, and difficult double wiring soldering work is eliminated by the use of the printed board so as to avoid skilled work. |
