PURPOSE:To dexterously extract coffee by filling a recessed part of a bottom part of a coffee filter for bringing the inclined surface of a funnel into contact with the bottom face, in the inside of the funnel, with coffee powder and sealing it with a sealing filter, and injecting hot water from an opening part on the upper face. CONSTITUTION:A funnel 20 which has a grip handle on the side face, and is provided with a recessed part and an injection port in a bottom part is formed. A recessed part 12 of a bottom part of a filter formed in a shape for adhering closely to the inclined surface of the inside of the funnel 20 by the bottom face is filled with coffee powder, and its upper part is sealed up tightly with the filter. The filter 10 is fitted to the funnel 20, and by injecting hot water from an opening part on the upper face, a coffee liquid is dripped from an injection port in the bottom part of the funnel 20. In such a way, scattering of coffee powder is prevented, and coffee is extracted easily and efficiently. |
