A badge (1) suitable for use by children, comprising a backing member (2) to which a three-dimensional display element (3) can be releasably secured. The backing member (2) includes a body portion (4) having a front face (5) and a rear face (6), a mounting means (8) extending from the rear face (6) to enable the badge (1) to be mounted on a carrier, and a first portion (10) of a securing means on or beneath the surface of the front face (5) which can co-operate with a second portion (13) of the securing means located at the rear of the display element (3) to releasably secure the display element (3). The display element (3) includes a rear surface (12) on or beneath which the second portion (13) of the securing means is located. |
