PURPOSE:To provide a large-sized automatic continuous gas rice cooking apparatus for saving energy and space and improving the efficiency of operation and accuracy in products. CONSTITUTION:A gas burner 6 having an endless conveyer 1 operated by a drive device and a plurality of rows of gas flame holes spaced by fine gap from a floor along a travelling path 1a and provided continuously in series without any rifts is disposed. A rice cooking and heating travelling path 1a for transferring a rice cooking kettle 7 supported by the conveyer 1 receiving washed rice and water while cooking and heating the kettle and another conveyer 2a independent of the endless conveyer 1 operated by another drive device independent of the drive device are provided. The automatic continuous gas rice cooking apparatus is also composed of a steaming travelling path 2 disposed to steam boiled-up rice in the rice cooking kettle 7 transferred through the rice cooking and heating travelling path 1a and a heating chamber 3 surrounding a part of the rice cooking and heating travelling path 1a and the steaming travelling path 2. |
