PURPOSE: To prevent the unsteadiness and slippage of a belt by using a flexible belt supported by a flexible seamless carrier supporting sleeve. CONSTITUTION: At least two supporting members 18 and 20 maintained in a prescribed distance from each other are prepared, the supporting members 18 and 20 are surrounded by the at least one loosely hung and previously molded flexible seamless carrier supporting sleeve 22 provided with a prescribed outer periphery and the seamless carrier supporting sleeve 22 is surrounded by the flexible belt 10 provided with an inner periphery practically same as the prescribed outer periphery of the seamless carrier supporting sleeve 22 or smaller than that.
