<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and correctly inspect a chipping and improve the quality and productivity of a window glass by holding the glass plate to locate a hole formed in this, in a fixed position and by effecting the binarization of an image reflected by a camera. CONSTITUTION:A camera 14 is disposed coaxially with hole 32A of a glass plate 32, and a lighting means 16 formed in a ring shape is arranged coaxially with the camera 14 and between it 14 and the plate 32. When the lighting means 16 casts light on the plate 32, the irradiation light is reflected by the plate 32, and the reflected light is made incident through an opening 16A of the lighting means 16 on the camera 14. Therefore, the glass plate 32 irradiated by the lighting means 16 for generating the reflected light is imaged by the camera 14. A control part binarization-processes the image taken in the camera 14, judges the existence of the hole 32A of the plate 32 on the basis of the binarization image, measures the bore diameter and central coordinates of the hole 32A, and judges whether these are included in standards, tolerance, etc., of bore diameters or not.</p> |
