PRODUCTION OF SUCROSE FATTY ACID ESTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce high-quality sucrose fatty acid ester (SE) at a high reaction rate, capable of constantly maintaining concentration of DMSO solvent by smoothly removing an alcohol accompanying transesterification. CONSTITUTION:In producing a sucrose fatty acid ester by transesterification of sucrose and a fatty acid alkyl ester in the presence of an alkali catalyst by using dimethyl sulfoxide as a reaction solvent, a reactor 1 connected to a packed tower 2 and plural condensers 3-5 in series is used and the condensed liquid of the first condenser 3 is refluxed to the top of the packed tower 2 to produce the sucrose fatty acid ester.
