PURPOSE:To achieve a lowering of production costs and higher productivity with higher working efficiency by automating work of winding on a condom an aid for mounting the condom. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 4 is provided to get a winding part 3b of a condom 3 rolled flat fitted externally thereon while having a protruding part 4a to be inserted into a protruding bag part 3a of the condom 3 and an unwinding device 35 to unwind the winding part 3b of the condom 3 fitted externally onto the mandrel 4. A supplier 72 is provided to get a band-shaped aid 6 for mounting the condom along both sides of the condom 3 unwound with the unwinder 35 from the tip there of, an aid keeper 73 to insert the protruding bag part 3a of the condom 3 into a cut 55 formed in the course of the aid 6 for mounting the condom 3 and a winding device 123 to wind the condom 3 and the aid 6 for mounting the condom with the aid 6 for mounting the condom along the condom 3.
