<p>PURPOSE:To remove an enamel coating film at a low cost without causing any pollution by repeating cutting and agitation until enamel wire scrap is cut in a size smaller than a given dimension so as to peel off the enamel coating film, and separating the enamel coating film from a selected metal wire rod. CONSTITUTION:Enamel wire scrap 9 is continuously charged from the upper portion of a vertical crusher 2 provided in an enamel wire scrap continuously disposal device. The crushed pieces passing a screen 3 fall inside a guide cylinder 5, move on a conveyor 6, and are accumulated inside a container 8. The crushed pieces 10 being accumulated are compressed into a predetermined shape. Enamel coating film pieces 11 other than the crushed pieces 10 are sucked, for removal, through a suction pipe 4 and a draft 7 disposed above the conveyor 6. The enamel wire scrap 9 is subjected to repeated cutting and agitation until it is cut in a size smaller than a given dimension so that an enamel coating film is peeled off. The peeled-off enamel coating film is separated from a metal wire rod. Consequently, it is possible to realize disposal of a large quantity of the enamel coating film at a low cost without causing atmospheric pollution or chemical pollution.</p> |
