<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly rewrite data accompanied by swapping by increasing the probability of the occurance of the swapping inside a same management table. CONSTITUTION:The memory management controller 11 of a controller part 1 refers to the contents of the management tables 21-1 to 21-2 for managing deletion blocks 22-1 to 22-4 when the rewriting times of the deletion blocks 22-1 to 22-4 of the physical block addresses of a data writing destination inside a memory chip 2 satisfies prescribed conditions and when the difference of the rewriting times between the deletion blocks inside the management tables 21-1 to 21-2 is equal or more than 200, the swapping among the deletion blocks inside the same management table is performed. Also, when the difference with the rewriting times of the deletion blocks managed by the other management table is equal or more than 500, the swapping among the deletion blocks exceeding the management tables is performed. Also, when both of the swapping inside the same management table and the swapping exceeding the management tables can be performed, the swapping inside the same management table is preferred.</p> |
