<p>PURPOSE:To fit into the environmental regulations and downsize a cleaning device by rinsing the contamination substance by spraying the high pressure high temperature water on a resin bumper, and removing the water droplets which is stuck to the resin bumper and contaminated during washing by applying the shower of the fine pure water on the resin bumper. CONSTITUTION:The flat part and the part having a complicated uneven shape of a cleaned substance 22 are spray-washed by the high pressure high temperature water by a fixed nozzle 12 for high pressure jet and a movable nozzle 14 for the local jet. Then, the cleaned substance 22 is washed by the ultrafine water shower having a prescribed purity (electric conductivity of about 1MOMEGA or more) when passing through a gate-shaped fixed pipe 5 equipped with a shower nozzle for finishing, and the water droplets contaminated through cleaning is discharged, and then the cleaned substance 22 is transported to a water draining and drying process, and dried.</p> |
