PURPOSE:To enable the rapid and easy fixing of a sleeve and a flange by fixing the sleeve and the flange using a heating means by impression of ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin is heated to melt and is then applied to the bore part of the sleeve SL, thereby a resin layer 2 is obtd. The flange 1 is then lightly press-fitted into the bore part of the sleeve SL. The sleeve SL and the flange 1 are adhered to each other by melting and solidifying the resin layer 2 afterward in such a case and therefore, there is no need for strongly press-fitting the flange 1 into the sleeve SL. The diameter of the fitting part of the flange 1 is merely required to be made slightly smaller than the bore of the sleeve SL to allow easy insertion. In succession, an ultrasonic wave impressing means 3 is provided in the fitting part of the sleeve SL and the flange 1. The resin layer 2 is melted by impressing the ultrasonic waves thereto. The application of the ultrasonic waves is stopped and the resin layer is allowed to cool and solidify after the melting is confirmed. Then, the coaxiality between the sleeve SL and the flange is excellent, and therefore the generation of the vibration and oscillation at the time of rotating is eliminated. |
