PURPOSE:To restrict the vibration of a shaft in the direction at a right angle against the shaft by using elastomer for a sliding member for restricting the vibration of a moving element. CONSTITUTION:As the material of a sliding member 24 for generating the frictional force for limiting the movement of a bar-like shaft 5, to which a valve 4 is fitted, in the direction at a right angle against the axial direction, elastomer such as rubber and plastic is used. Since the elastomer such as rubber and plastic has a low elastic modulus and it can be formed into a desired form by injection molding using a mold, a shape, which is deformed gradually from a contact part to a root, can be formed. As a result, a contact part of the shaft 5 and the sliding member 24 can be formed into the surface contact to obtain the stabilized frictional force. Vibration of the shaft 5 in the direction at a right angle against the axial direction can be thereby restricted. |
