PURPOSE:To provide a method for removing the anodically oxidized film on the inside surface at the end of a cylindrical base body made of aluminum by just a required region with good dimensional accuracy and good workability without degrading in the deviation from roundness and without damaging the surface of the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:While the photosensitive body 1 provided with a photoconductive layer on the outside surface of the cylindrical base body made of the aluminum having the anodically oxidized film is kept rotated like the arrow A around its cylindrical shaft as a center and while the photosensitive body is kept moved axially like the bidirectional arrow B, at need, the inside surface at the end of the base body is irradiated with a laser beam 3 at an incident angle alpha from a laser beam machine 2, thereby the film of the part is destroyed and is removed as fine powder. |
