CONSTITUTION:A backing film of flexible plastics on which a protective layer of plastics having a mater vapor transmission ratio of not more than 20g/m<2>.24H and an electric insulating inorganic coating layer are formed and also a multilayer plastic film composed of a fusible plastic sealant layer are used for packing up.
