PURPOSE:To obtain a highly corrosion protective steel pipe sheet pile having sufficient impact resistance against riprap execution performed after the execution of the steel pipe sheet pipe. CONSTITUTION:After rust is removed from a steel pipe sheet pile, a substrate treatment layer 2, a corrosion-protective coating layer 3 with a thickness of 2mm or more and a glass flake-containing protective coating layer with a thickness of 1.5mm or more composed of a vinyl ester resin, polyester or an epoxy resin are successively formed on the steel pipe sheet pile and a flocking material 4 with a length of 1-5mm is provided to the interface of the corrosion-protective coating layer 3 and the protective coating layer15 to obtain the highly corrosion protective steel pipe sheet pile having sufficient impact resistance. This highly corrosion protective steel pipe sheet pile is used in the ocean or harbor. |
