<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of dust, etc., to a magnetic tape and to avert a misloading operation caused by the misloadings of a DCC and a C cassette by approriately carrying out the opening of the shutter of a 'DCC(R)' (registered trademark). CONSTITUTION:The shutter 34 of a DCC 30 is opened and closed linking with the opening/closing of a lid body 130 by a shutter opening/closing mechanism 150. When the DCC 30 and a C cassette 40 are erroneously loaded to a pocket 132, the engaging step part 156 a of a rotary lever 156 is positioned at the same height as that of the stopper 159a of a supporting member 159 and the sliding operation of a sliding member 151 is prevented. Thus, even when the lid body 130 is left in an opened state in the condition that the DCC 30 is loaded to the pocket 132, since no opening operation for the shutter 34 is carried out by the long pin 157 of a shutter opening/closing mechanism 150, the sticking of dust, etc., to a magnetic tape 31 in the DCC 30 is prevented and the deformation of and damages to parts constituting various mechanism as happened in the past are prevented.</p> |
