PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the trouble after vehicle reception due to non confirmation of the contents of a chip and the occurrence of trouble due to the lack of attention paid by a driver, in the reception for a specific vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An ID card part 1 consists of a memory device 1 for memorizing the vehicle information and transporting-in/out information, conversion device 12 for converting the signal representing the vehicle information to the artificial voice and converting the artificial voice representing the transporting-in/out information to the signal, and a microphone/speaker device 13 for inputting/ outputting the artificial voice. A control part 2 consists of a processing device 21 for carrying out the receiving processing, conversion device 22 for converting the signal representing the transporting-in/out information to the artificial voice and for converting the artificial voice representing the vehicle information to the signal, and a microphone/speaker device for inputting and outputting the artificial voice. An artificial voice having the frequency region permitting the confirmation by the human being is used for the input/output of the vehicle information and the transporting-in/out information between the ID card part 1 and the control part 2. |
