<p>PURPOSE:To provide a form having card whose surface is glossy, with which printing by a printer can lee performed excellently. CONSTITUTION:A form having card is made of a form base material having at its both edges tractor pin stopping parts having a plurality of holes to be engaged with tractor pins of a printer and a card 6 stuck to the surface of the form base material in a peelable way. A coat layer having printing and/or writing aptitudes is provided on the surface of the card and a transparent ink 13 is printed from the top of the coat layer excepting printing areas 12a, 12b, and 12c. As the coat layer having the printing and/or writing aptitudes is exposed at the printing areas, printing is performed excellently. Other part than the printing areas of the card 6 is covered with the transparent ink 13, thereby becoming glossy.</p> |
