PURPOSE:To easily form a masking film for a printing plate. CONSTITUTION:A negative film 3 and a photosensitive film 4a overlap each other, one of the films is rotated in parallel, and the photosensitive film 4a is irradiated with light through the negative film 3. By the relative parallel rotating movement of both films, the photosensitive film 4a is irradiated with light within an extent where the light transmissible pattern 31 of the negative film 3 can be moved. The photosensitive film can be irradiated with energy rays over the extent optionally larger than the pattern 31 of the negative film 3 where energy rays pass through in accordance with the rotating radius of the parallel rotating movement of the negative film 3, and by developing the photosensitive film 4a thereafter, the masking film 4 capable of transmitting light through the part which is irradiated with light can be formed. |
